By accessing and using Fucktify ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
Fucktify is a free web application that allows users to transfer playlists from Spotify to YouTube Music. The Service:
- Fetches playlist information from your Spotify account
- Searches for matching songs on YouTube Music
- Creates playlists and adds songs to your YouTube Music account
3. User Responsibilities
You agree to:
- Provide accurate account credentials when connecting to Spotify and YouTube Music
- Use the Service only for lawful purposes
- Not attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or hack the Service
- Not use the Service to violate any third-party rights
- Comply with Spotify and YouTube/Google Terms of Service
4. Service Availability
We provide the Service "as is" and "as available." We do not guarantee:
- Uninterrupted or error-free service
- 100% accurate song matching between platforms
- Permanent availability of the Service
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time without notice.
5. Third-Party Services
Our Service integrates with Spotify and YouTube Music APIs. You acknowledge that:
- You must comply with Spotify and Google/YouTube Terms of Service
- We are not responsible for changes to third-party APIs
- Service functionality depends on third-party API availability
6. Intellectual Property
The Service, including its design, code, and branding, is owned by Fucktify. You may not:
- Copy, modify, or distribute our code without permission
- Use our branding or trademarks without authorization
- Create derivative works based on our Service
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Fucktify and its operators shall not be liable for:
- Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- Loss of data, playlists, or content
- Errors in song matching or playlist transfer
- Service interruptions or downtime
- Actions taken by third-party services (Spotify, YouTube Music)
8. Privacy
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We do not store, sell, or share your personal data.
9. User Content
You retain all rights to your playlists and music preferences. By using the Service, you grant us permission to:
- Access your Spotify playlists (read-only)
- Create playlists on your YouTube Music account
- Search for and add songs to YouTube Music playlists
This permission is limited to the transfer process and expires when you revoke access.
10. Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time by:
- Revoking Spotify access in your Spotify account settings
- Revoking YouTube access in your Google account permissions
- Clearing your browser data
We reserve the right to terminate or restrict access to the Service for any user at our discretion.
11. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
12. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international laws.
